You specify the solver you want to use here.

You can download an opensource solver here: https://www.coin-or.org/download/binary/Cbc/

If you extract the zip file, inside the bin folder is an executable called cbc.exe

Put it somewhere on your machine and specify it in the path. You can also set up an environment variable (which makes it unnecessary to specify the path).
